Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Furniture must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged
• Returns must include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used or assembled items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value. Contact customer service to initiate an exchange.
